Charnell McQueen - Brand & Design

I’m a Black Bay Area based blerd, writer and designer. As a designer, I aim to create spaces of inclusivity, empathy, and sustainability through representation in the design and tech world. Throughout my design career, my goal has been to improve the experiences, products, and services of industries like the music, medical, and military. While these are close to my heart, I am always looking to learn new things.

I’m an amusing storyteller, in the written and verbal form, with too many stories to tell. I'm known for my laughter, military brat stories, and quick wit.

Boipelo Seswane - Creative Direction

I am a South African writer, poet, actor, and theater director currently living in Seoul, South Korea. My interests and collaborations include art/art projects; writing; acting; and modelling. I am passionate about discovering the layers of how it all relates to us and our place in society/our communities.

Dyondra Wilson - Podcast

I am a Black jack of all trades and New Yorker who likes to dabble in everything, including photography, producing videos, and more. My main vice is people. I love meeting and connecting with new people and learning what drives them.

I’m a wanderlust writer who currently teaches English in South Korea. I struggled to move my three and a half suitcases from New York City to a small quaint city where I live now, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Adjusting through life and its many growing pains, I chose to navigate my mid 20's in a foreign land.

Janice Li - Communications

I am a Hong Konger based in my hometown, having spent some of my fondest times in Melbourne and Sydney. I embrace life enjoying good laughs sprinkled with sarcasm. My interests span across opposite ends of the spectrum, from classical music to explicit-contented hiphop, and taichi to strength training. Most important of all, I get through life's ups and downs through journaling and always love to hear people tell their stories.

Tiffany Huang - Founder, Editor

I’m a Taiwanese American who lived in Hong Kong for the past five years and just moved to San Diego recently. I founded Spill Stories in 2018 as a home for personal stories. I am obsessed with my own heritage as an Asian American with mainland Chinese and Taiwanese parents. I grew up across the States and Taipei, and spent most of my ‘20s living in Hong Kong and traveling across Asia for work.
